PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Custom sized Fluidtainer Flexi Tank made from 2 to 4 layers of 125 Micron PE, sewn into a woven Polypropylene Outer jacket
Fluidtainer Flexi Tank Liner supplied with 3″ PP Ball Valve, with an integrated male Cam-Lock.
A choice of three valve configuration is available
Top Load Top Discharge (TLTD)
Top Load Bottom Discharge (TLBD)
Bottom Load Bottom Discharge (BLBD)
PP Jacket is specially fabricated with additives to enhance anti slip properties, to prevent slipping during the transit.

SPECIFICATIONS

INNER PE LINER:

Fabricated from FDA approved food grade unmodified blend of polyethylene resins & coextruded into tubular form from a 3 or a 5 layer extruder.
Resins used comply with current FDA regulation CFR-21 section 177.1520, Film is manufactured from FDA approved polymers using monomers listed as app roved substances in SI 3i45 , and additives listed as approved in EU directive 93/3/EC
Each end of the liner is welded using 3 seals of 10mm wide impulse welds.

Molded out of Food grade PP & supplied with caps/plugs.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES

1. Heater pad:

For shipment of liquid that requires heating during discharge, we can offer an Optional accessory which is the floor mounted 19 hose steam operated heater Pad. Heating durations may vary according to Product Temperature Transmission Rate and Ambient Temperature at heating point. The recommended Working Pressure for our heater pad is 1.5 Bar Saturated Steam.

2. Polystyrene Foam Insulation:

We can also offer polystyrene foam insulation for Shipment of liquid to temperate countries. In this process our team will insulate the whole container with 3” thick polystyrene foam blocks creating a thermos like ambient inside the container whereby the loaded temperature of the cargo will drop in a reduced rate.

WOVEN POLYPROPYLENE

The outer jacket of the flexi tank is made from layers of Woven PP.
Fabricated from FDA approved food grade unmodified blend of polypropylene resins & extruded into sheet form which is further converted into tape form after undergoing annealing & orientation.
Ends are closed using Multifilament PP stitching yarn vide heracle style stitching.
Fabric specially fabricated with additives to enhance anti slip properties of the fabric to prevent slipping during the transit
